It is a great property located in Melbourne CBD district right by Melbourne for the AFL Grand Final, Flinders St train station and shops and Flinders station. The location is incredible and amazing, close to transport. It has a karaoke bar.

Clean, good value hotel, the location was marvellous just off the centre, and tram & tourists. The staff was supper friendly, always there to help. Appreciated to spend 4 days in our newly renovated apartment with bedroom, a kitchenette, the TV. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish, would recomand.

The location was marvellous and stunning, with eateries and pubs close to the hotel. My apartment with a 2 bedrooms, comfortable beds, the TV was spacious. The staff was very, very nice and accommodating all day long.

The room was reasonably spacious with awesome views. The location was favourable, really close to tram stops. The tram stop was right at the front of the building. Flinders Street was discounted at $17 for 24 hours.
